By accessing or using EkaVox ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

EkaVox is an AI-powered application development platform that enables users to design, build, and deploy mobile and web applications. The Service includes AI code generation, design tools, deployment integrations, and related features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. EkaCredits and Billing

EkaCredits are the virtual currency used within the Service. Credits are consumed when using AI features, generating code, or building applications. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all code, designs, and content you create using the Service. EkaVox retains ownership of the platform, AI models, templates, and underlying technology. You grant EkaVox a license to use your content solely for providing the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate malicious software, malware, or code intended to harm systems or users
Create applications that violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI may not be unique and similar content may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all AI-generated code before deployment. EkaVox does not guarantee the accuracy, security, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including GitHub, Gemini, OpenAI, Railway, and Vercel. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. EkaVox is not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

EkaVox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to EkaVox in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
