Refund Policy

1. Overview
At EkaVox, we strive to provide exceptional value and service. This refund policy outlines our practices for refunds and credits across our different payment models.
2. Credit-Based System
EkaVox operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate code, deploy applications, and access premium features.
Credit Refund Policy:
- Unused Credits: Refundable within 30 days of purchase
- Partially Used Credits: Unused portion refundable within 30 days
- Expired Credits: Not eligible for refund
- Bonus Credits: Not eligible for refund
3. Subscription Plans
For monthly and annual subscription plans:
Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial months
- Access continues until the end of the billing period
Annual Subscriptions
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase (satisfaction guarantee)
- Pro-rated refund available within first 3 months
- No refunds after 3 months of subscription
4. One-Time Purchases
For one-time credit pack purchases:
- Full refund available within 30 days if credits are unused
- Partial refund for unused credits within 30 days
- No refunds after 30 days from purchase date
5. Exceptions
We may provide refunds outside of our standard policy in the following cases:
- Service outages lasting more than 24 consecutive hours
- Critical bugs that prevent normal use of the platform
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits consumed for code generation or deployments
- Third-party API costs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)
- Promotional or bonus credits
- Enterprise custom development services
- Accounts terminated for policy violations
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your EkaVox account
- Go to Settings → Billing → Request Refund
- Select the purchase you want to refund
- Provide a reason for your refund request
- Submit the request

8. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
9. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur fees and may result in account suspension. We're committed to resolving any issues directly and fairly.
